Tiamat stands almost six feet tall, with a strong, muscular build. He has black hair, wears black sunglasses, day or night, and can usually be seen in a black attire.
|
When Tiamat was young, he was known by his given name, Thomas Berk. However, when he saw his first embarked into the magnificent world of Roleplaying Games, and had his first encounter with a dragon, he found himself so enthralled with the concept of a creature that could have such great strength and still such great intelligence, that he soon became obsessed with the mystical beasts, so much so that his friends nicknamed him "Tiamat", after the Evil Dragon Goddess.
Soon after he went into the ninth grade, his house was burgled while he was asleep and his parents were murdered. He awoke when he heard his younger sister screaming, and ran into the room and, accidentally, knocked the two criminals through the wall, and several hundred meters before they came to a stop. After that, Tom found himself in a world much like his Role-playing games, when he discovered that he was not the only one like he was, with superhuman strength. He and his sister were placed into an orphanage after the tragic incident, which hardened Tiamat like a rock from the inside, out. Because of the brutality of the incident that his parents were killed, Tiamat refrains from killing unless absolutely
necessary, but he does not hesitate to use his full strength in a fight, until the enemy he is fighting surrenders. He always looks after his little sister, and will do everything in his power to keep her from harms way.

Tiamat is a very powerful fighter with a very simple fighting style. When someone asked him what his fighting style was, he answered "I punch things." And punch things, he does. There is no subterfuge to his tactics, and you can ask anyone who has been on the
receiving end of one of his more potent punches.

After Tiamat found his parents killed, he became incredibly withdrawn. People find it hard to tell if he is happy, sad, or angry, unless he is pounding someone into the ground, in which case, he is very angry. When he is not working as a bouncer in the local club, he can normally be found sitting at his computer, absorbed in a very different sort of music.
