If all the women in the world lined up against Victoria Raith in a beauty contest, the ONLY woman that would ever exceed her is Lucretia, her mother. To say that Tori, when she is �on� is beautiful, is to say that Mozart was an okay song writer or that Michelangelo was a stone mason. She is simply a goddess on Earth and anyone that is not awed by her is either dead or a machine. With grey-green eyes that would make a grown man weak and succulent lips that beg for a kiss, Tori is a perfect woman to all.

She is a White Court vampire but she has yet to come into her power and will not until she has made her first kill.

When you are born a vampire, certain assumptions are made about you. When you are born into the House Raith of the White Court Vampires, other assumptions are made. Victoria Raith, therefore, was born with a great many assumptions piled on her tiny body. She promptly went about ignoring them as best she could.
The first assumption was that she would be just like her mother, the Lady Lucretia Raith, grand Countess of the White Court and de facto ruler of the Court. She wasn't. Where Lucretia tended to be cold and aloof, Tori was friendly and warm. Where Lucretia secretive and preferred to remain in the shadows, Tori was outgoing and loved the limelight. Where Lucretia held a low opinion of men, Tori found everything about them fascinating.
