There are times the
Wild Hunt all but disappears, it was during one of these hiatuses that
Storm Watch was formed. Daimon, finding himself at loose ends when
Ghost Archer disbanded the Hunt, was contacted by the Government and asked
to put together a new team. The result was Storm Watch. As the Official
Government Sanctioned team for the Bay Area, Storm Watch holds a preeminent
position over the Wild Hunt. It may only be a matter of time before
Storm Watch and the Wild Hunt come into conflict.

The Watch Tower is
located in the heart of San Francisco high up in the upper floors of a
fifty story skyscraper. A computer system called "Doppler" provides
constant monitoring of Emergency Systems and runs the teams Communications
System.
